They have been recognized with the Lifestyles Unlimited 2015 Achievement Award for “Doing It Right” and were finalists for the San Antonio Apartment Association Independent Rental Owners of the Year Award in 2015 and 2016 and were also finalist for the Austin Apartment Association Independent Rental Owners of the Year Award in 2017. Mayfield Gardens was a finalist for the San Antonio Apartment Association Property of the Year Award also in 2015 and 2016.
